Blinkie Request Form

Im now taking blinkie requests.  See my Blinkie page for examples.  Fill out the form below, please leave your email address or I will not be able to send them to you. 
 
I will do up to two flash text per blinky.  Keep in mind that this is a little space to write in, so pick what you want it to say carefully.  Im new at the blinky thing so I can't do all the fancy stuff you see in some blinkies yet.  Thanks for the oppurtunity to create these for you.   Dawn
